President Mike Mossel commented on the signing: “I am excited to add a player from the Crew to our roster. Not only because we can use some extra offensive threat but also to built on our relationship with the Crew. We have been in good relation with Brian Bliss for some years now also resulting in their visit to our partner FC Twente in the Netherlands and a game in 2010 between the two teams. We are looking to do that again this year. And I believe we can provide great playing opportunities for guys like Aaron on a high level as USL Pro. I hope the coming of Aaron is the start of many more players the coming years.”

Coach Ivar van Dinteren is also happy to add Aaron to the squad: “His first impression I see that he has speed and can score, something we need after our first three games. I am curious to see how Aaron will develop himself in the team the coming weeks and hopefully we can both benefit fro his time here.”

Aaron Horton is most likely to be on Saturday’s game roster against the Richmond Kickers May 5 at 7.30. Game is played at Miami Valley South Stadium in Bellbrook.
