Academy (age 8 to 18)

The Dayton Dutch Lions FC youth academy’s development model is based on the worldwide-recognized Dutch development philosophy, ranked by the FIFA in the highest category of quality. A model that has developed players such as Arjen Robben, Robin van Persie, Wesley Sneijder, Memphis Depay and many others.

The Dutch Lions FC provide full time, licensed and experienced youth coaches to guarantee top player development in all areas.

The supervision of the development model and all its aspects is safe guarded by a full time Director of Soccer and a full time Academy Manager.

As a way to communicate and improve, Dayton Dutch Lions FC families will be invited to 2 general parent meetings and asked to participate in our customer satisfaction surveys each year. A weekly newsletter is sent out as well to keep everyone updated with all club related activities.

The Dayton Dutch Lions FC Youth Academy has a focus to develop every player to their potential.
