Dayton, May 29 2012 - The Dayton Dutch Lions FC is looking for another upset this year to advance to the fourth round of the US Open Cup. They play MLS Columbus Crew tonight at 7.30pm in Columbus. After beating them last year in the third round as well the team of Coach Patrick Bal is looking to continue it's 5 game unbeaten streak. For all the fans that cannot attend the game live the Crew are airing the game through their website www.thecrew.com.
President Mike Mossel commented on the upcoming game: "You can feel the energy of the game throughout the whole club and with our sponsors and fans. We are all looking forward to play the Crew and based on our season sofar (4-2-1 record) people are thinking we have another shot. Of course the Crew has more quality but this is soccer and anything can happen. We saw that last year and again yesterday with 2 USL Pro teams beating MLS teams again."
