Dayton Dutch Lions FC's Men's and Women's team play their home games at DOC Stadium at West Carrollton High School. The stadium seats approximately 3.500 fans.
In 2015, majority owner Dr. S Gupta - who owns Dayton Outpatient Center (DOC) - donated a turf field to the West Carrollton School District as part of the partnership between the School District and Dayton Dutch Lions FC.
