We have updated our 2018 training schedule that starts this Monday, January 8th.  Each of the sessions will now be 75 minutes long.  The majority of days and times are very close to how we ended last in December.

We look forward to seeing you as often as possible.  This off-season training is YOUR TIME to grow and get closer to your potential.
