7 Highlights

The Dayton Dutch Lions mens team has just finished the seventh week of the season and we would like to share the TOP 7 HIGHLIGHTS of the 2018 season:

#7 - Lions get two road wins over the defending and 12 time division champion, Michigan Bucks.  A 2-1 come-from-behind win was first and then the Lions returned 3 weeks later to get a 1-0 victory and take six points.

#6 - In week 5, Dayton places 3 players on the Central Conference Team of the Week.  Tate Robertson, Jackson Dietrich and Harvey Slade are amongst the best XI. Robertson and Dietrich were repeat selections from the previous week.

#1 - Lions take top of the table following the 4-game win streak and in game-to-game comparison have led or been tied for the league lead the entire season.

The 2018 Lions have had a record-setting club start and are fighting to earn their first PDL playoff spot at the end of the season. Congratulations to the Coaching Staff, the 24 players who have performed on the game pitch and the additional 24 players who are pushing hard in training.
