Des Moines, IA - The Dayton Dutch Lions FC (8-3-3) is preparing for their first Premier Development League playoff match vs. Chicago FC United (7-5-2) of the Heartland Division.  The match will kickoff today at 4:30 pm (CT).

Set to be hosted by the Des Moines Menace at Valley Stadium in Des Moines, Iowa, from July 20-21, the 2018 Premier Development League Central Conference Championship will feature the hosts, the Dayton Dutch Lions, Lansing United and Chicago FC United.

In addition to being the host and top seed, the Des Moines Menace also claimed the 2018 PDL Regular Season title with a 13-0-1 record this season to go along with their Heartland Division title. They'll face Great Lakes Division runner-up Lansing United, who make their PDL Playoff debut in their inaugural season, in the late match on Friday at 7:30 p.m. CT (8:30 p..m ET).

The earlier match will feature the Great Lakes Division champion Dayton Dutch Lions - the first divisional crown in the club's history - who ended their campaign at 8-3-3. They'll take on Heartland Division runner-up Chicago FC United, who also make their PDL Playoff debut at 7-5-2 in their sophomore campaign. That match will kick off at 4:30 p.m. CT (5:30 p.m. ET).
