Head Coach Dan Griest commented on Fjeldberg’s signing:

"I am very excited to be able to bring Jonas in to compete for us this summer.  He fits the mold of the players I enjoy working with in that he is young and hungry and ready to make his mark on the league. He is very creative, possesses good pace, and he is a tireless worker. I believe his style of play will fit in quite well with our attacking and pressing style of play. We have had tremendous success with Coach Currier's players from the University of Dayton, and I fully expect Jonas to be another fantastic player that helps carry on that success as we look to repeat as Great Lakes Division Champions”.
