Dayton Dutch Lions FC announced their coaching staff for the Women's team for the 2020 WPSL season. Bradley Schluter, who formerly coached in the Dayton Dutch Lions FC Youth Academy and also played for the Men's team is the new Head Coach. He will be assisted by former DDL FC player Shane Smith and Nick Kinder.
Bradley commented on his appointment: "I am thrilled to be named Head Coach for the Dayton Dutch Lions FC WPSL team. I am looking forward to working with an excellent staff and high level players. We are aiming to surprise the league this summer. Our staff has some big goals in mind, and we can't wait to get started. Go Lions!"

Bradley will be assisted by Nick Kinder, who is currently the Assistant Women's Soccer Coach at Wilmington College.

Shane Smith is the third signing of the Lions for the 2020 season. Shane played for the Men's team during their 4 seasons in the USL Championship, including the successful run in the Lamar Hunt Open Cup, when DDL FC made it to the quarter finals after beating Chicago United FC, Columbus Crew and Michigan Bucks away. They eventually lost in front of 18.000 fans vs Sporting Kansas City.
Shane commented on his return to the club: “I am very excited to be back with the Dayton Dutch Lions! I have amazing memories here as a player and coach and I look forward to making an impact in a positive way. I believe we have a fantastic coaching staff and look forward to the summer with the WPSL team!"
