DOC Stadium in West Carrollton is the site for as much soccer as one can handle on Saturday. The action starts with Dayton Dutch Lions FC hosting FC Pride in the Women’s Premier Soccer League at 4:30PM. It ends with the Dayton men battling Grand Rapids FC in USL League 2 at 7PM.

It is the final chance for fans to see either team at home in 2021. The Dayton women [2-4-3] look to add an impressive victory to the resume. FC Pride enters the match atop the WPSL Midwestern conference standings. This is the second match between the Dutch Lions and FC Pride. In the first game of the season, Dayton travelled to Indianapolis and earned a 2-2 draw.

For the Dutch Lions men [0-12-1] it is the final chance to grab a win in the 2021 USL2 season. They face a Grand Rapids team that has surged in the standings with 5 consecutive wins.

This is the first ever meeting between Dayton and Grand Rapids, but the Michigan team brings some Dutch Lions FC history to town. The general manager for Grand Rapids FC is Joe Broekhuizen, who played forward for the Dutch Lions FC in the USL PRO days.

Dayton Dutch Lions FC partnered with Pink Ribbon Girls to Kick for Cancer. The Pink Ribbon Girls provide critical services to cancer patients at their greatest time of need. The Dutch Lions FC will present proceeds from pink t-shirt sales to the Pink Ribbon Girls on Saturday.
