It was the final doubleheader of the year for the Dutch Lions men's and women's teams.
In the first match of the day, the Cincinnati Sirens scored two second half goals as they defeated the Lady Dutch Lions 2-0.
Both goals came in the second half. The first goal was by Haley Miller and the second was by Mikala Woods.
The Sirens improved to 2-1-0 while the Dutch Lions fell to 0-4-0 on the season.
The ladies will take to the road for a rematch with both Lady Victory on Thursday June 9th and then on Wednesday June 15th at Cincinnati with the Sirens.
The men had a rough time with FC Fort Wayne falling 5-0 to the visitors.
Forester Agago and Ped Casas scored 2 goals apiece to lead Fort Wayne to the win. Alexander Frank added the final goal in the 84th minute. The men will regroup and return to the pitch on Friday, when they host Kings Hammer at 7pm.
