Men’s team lose to Kings Hammer FC (0-5)

Taylor Dyson scored two second half goals to lead Kings Hammer FC past the Dayton Dutch Lions FC men's team at DOC Stadium on Friday night. The Lions lost 5-0 and are now 0-5-1 (1 point) while Kings Hammer FC improved to 3-2-1 (11 points).

Kings Hammer FC got off to a good start with Aiden Abril scoring early in the first half getting a goal in the 4th minute. The Lions struggled to play out of the back and through the midfield. In the 28th minute Marchello Jones crossed in front of the net and fired it past goalkeeper Nils Roth to make it 2-0 at the half.

Then Dyson got his two goals in the 48th minute and 72nd minute to put the game out of reach for the Lions. Sam Robinson would close out the scoring in the 75th minute, giving the Hammer a 5-0 win.

The guys head out on a two game road trip on Tuesday when they travel to Fort Wayne to take on Fort Wayne FC. Then on Wednesday it's a trip to Cleveland to battle the Cleveland Force.
