The Dutch Lions picked up their first point of the season Tuesday night at DOC Stadium, holding division leaders Fort Wayne FC to a 0-0 tie. Fort Wayne entered the game undefeated and in first place in the Valley division.
The underdog Dutch Lions put in a strong defensive effort to deny a Fort Wayne team that was averaging over two goals per game of any openings. Next up is an away game on June 9th against Kings Hammer FC, where the Dutch Lions will look to secure their first win of 2023.
