The Dayton Dutch Lions will ring in July with a doubleheader, as the Lady Dutch Lions host FC Dayton and the men welcome Cleveland Force SC.
The day will kick off with the Lady Dutch Lions playing their season finale against FC Dayton. FC Dayton is on top of the division with a 5-1-1 record, boasting a +21 goal difference. Earlier this season, FCD defeated the Dutch Lions 5-0. A win for the Dutch Lions would be their first of the season.
Following the Lady Dutch Lions’ game, the men will take the field for their home finale as they battle Cleveland Force. The Force, at 3-3-3, will have to fend off a much-improved Dutch Lions team that has claimed four points from the last three games. In the teams’ previous meeting in the opening game of the season, Cleveland came out 5-0 victors.
It’s going to be a soccer-filled Saturday in Dayton, but that’s not all. In addition, the Dutch Lions will be hosting Kids’ Day! Kids get free admission, a gift, and the opportunity to dress up like their favorite superheroes!
